Portland Community Media (PCM) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is responsible for upholding the mission of PCM and for the fiscal health of the organization. Board members serve for two year terms. Two members of the PCM Board of Directors are appointed by the Portland City Council. One member is appointed as the liaison from the Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission. Portland Community Media seeks to have members from the community who have an interest in community media and experience in board governance serve on our Board of Directors.
